Appointments

Regular office visits can be scheduled by calling the office during office hours. When scheduling an appointment, our office staff may inquire about the reason for your visit, your insurance information, and your referring physician. If you realize that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call our office and let us know that you wish to reschedule your appointment so that time might be made available for someone else. Your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated and helps to make your office visit as smooth and trouble-free as possible.

While we strongly recommend that you make an appointment with our office staff, we do realize that urgent situations arise and we welcome walk-in visits as well. A person who chooses to visit as a walk-in may have to wait until there is an open slot to see the physician.

When you come to the office for a visit, please bring a list of all of your medications, your driver’s license, and your insurance cards. In particular circumstances, the physician may also request that you bring x-rays, blood reports, or other medically relevant documents as necessary.
